Campbell Ranch

On 4/27/23 I signed a binding agreement to develop 1,500 acres of Land in Albuquerque, NM. This “Campbell Ranch” project will have 2,000 to 3,000 homes with 1,000 multi-family units and a large mixed-use commercial component. This will be a joint venture with the landowner.
