He has been a member of the US Ski Team and has raced professionally in downhill. His great love of jazz music is evident in his skills on piano and drums. He is a board member for the Next Student Academy, a non-profit organization geared toward teaching underprivileged children the joys and benefits of playing musical instruments.
Joe has been an avid car enthusiast his whole life and has been a collector of some of the finest automobiles ever built.

Joe Kachuroi has been involved with the commercial and investment real estate industry for over 25 years and has worked on some of the largest projects in Arizona. He was a partner with Commerce Realty Advisors and WestPac in Arizona, where he participated in approximately $800 million in brokerage value per year and developed approximately 145,000 single-family lots and thousands of multifamily units.
Joe’s industry insights, exemplary communication skills, strong work ethic, and creativity have earned him a reputation with clients as a key problem solver on some of their most challenging development and deal-related issues.
